Recruitment is focused on students from a range of diverse backgrounds across Houston. Once accepted, students are a part of a dynamic three-year program consisting of summer internship sessions, year-round mentoring, energy / finance curriculum, field trips, industry-leading leading guest speakers, college preparation, and scholarships.
